Most health seminars are annoying, because it tries to guilt you into restricting your diet. So, this isn't your typical health presentation. We will be tackling topics such as motivation, dealing with stress, fitness goals, and more.
This is our first live event that is taking place in the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel as one of the workshops in the Greater New York Conference Youth Convention.

Ever since I was a kid growing up in the church I would sit through these health lectures that would guilt you into being “healthy”. I would hear people read books or show slides that would continuously cut down your diet. Too often the presentations were about ‘Don’ts’.
Don’t eat this.
Don’t drink that.
Don’t eat this with that, while drinking those.
Someone desiring to do what was right, I would frustratingly follow these things. But with each presentation that I heard I felt more and more restricted.
Both Jeffrey and I have been into fitness for a log time. We both took different paths to get here. We had to start from scratch, but we have learned a lot along the way. Now we want to pass a long the knowledge that we accumulated with people on their fitness journey.
