Just want to thank AdventFit for allowing God to use you for this wonderful ministry and give a testimony. A couple of years ago I started having progressively worsening pain from a previous car accident. The pain was affecting my daily activities and my range of motion. Physical Therapy helped, but the pain kept coming back. Ever since I started doing weights, the pain has completely gone away! My range of motion has returned to normal and it no longer prevents me from doing certain tasks. I never would have dreamed that weights could do so much. I'm so thankful and so grateful! I pray your ministry will continue to reach and bless more and more people

Thank you. That is really nice of you to say. I once hurt my shoulder from slipping on ice. Years went by and I had minor shoulder pain, but like you when I started working out with weights my shoulder pain went away in just a matter of months. Your testimony is an awesome one. I know as you share your testimony with others it will help them in their health journey.
